Roles and Responsibilities-
- Understanding and evaluating the Financials of target companies
Preparation of detailed IC presentations
Supervising and reviewing legal and tax due diligence processes.
Providing assistance in executing and managing end-to-end transactions from term sheet stage to closing and post-closing formalities
- CA/MBA with 1-3 year work experience
- Understanding of Financial statements, including interpretation and impacts of observations
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross functional team-based environment
Ability to work according to timelines and identify any potential timeline overshoot early in the process
Good communication skills
- Open and keen to learn
Good to have:
- Prior experience/internship in M&A role
Familiarity with legal documents of deals
- Financial modelling experience
